Promoted to Glory

John Skorczewski passed from this life suddenly on Wednesday, November 10. A memorial service was held on November 13 in Pinckneyville, Illinois. John had dedicated his life to the work in Haiti for over 30 years until poor health prevented his return.

Bruce plans to return to Haiti in early April, 2011, to visit the churches and encourage the ministers.

Islande Visits the U.S.

Islande, the local manager of the mission in Haiti, visited the U.S. November 4-30. She was able to spend a little time with Papa John before his death and meet several supporters of the mission during her time here.
